Sunbelt is seeking an OASIS Registered Nurse for a Home Health contract position with a local client near Durham, NC. Home Health RN’s with at least one year of recent home health experience are encouraged to apply for this opportunity. Responsibilities:

  • Utilize expert knowledge of OASIS Assessment Documentation Start of Cares/Admissions, Re-certification’s, Resumptions of Care, Transfers, and Discharges
  • Complete accurate and detailed OASIS Documentation within a 24-48-hour turnaround time
  • Case manage at least 5-7 patients per day and 25-30 patients per week
  • Scheduled visits will include but are not limited to providing wound care, IV administration and teaching, and Cardiac program follow up and intervention
  • Drive an average of 200 miles per week in the Durham, NC area

Experience:

  • At least one year of Home Health experience within the last year required
  • In depth knowledge and in field experience of OASIS required
  • Start of Care/Admissions experience required
  • Experience case managing at least 5-7 patients per day and 25-30 per week

Education:

  • Associates Degree of Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree of Nursing
  • North Carolina Registered Nurse License
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support

Employment Type: Full-time, Contract

Works Hours: 8:00AM-4:00PM, 40 hours per week, some on call and weekends required
