Key Responsibilities:

• Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and package surgical instruments and equipment according to established standards

• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and quality assurance processes
• Collaborate with clinical teams to provide timely and efficient instrument processing support
• Maintain inventory and manage supplies related to sterile processing

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sterile Processing Technician
• Certification as a Sterile Processing Tech (CSPD) is preferred
• Strong knowledge of sterilization methods and standards
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high levels of cleanliness and safety
• Effective communication and teamwork skills in a healthcare setting
