A nursing opportunity is available on a contract basis at a well-regarded healthcare setting in Webster, NY, offering 12-hour night and day rotation shifts. This role involves comprehensive care of patients in a 37-bed Med/Tele Complex Care unit, providing an engaging and dynamic work environment suited for Registered Nurses with recent acute med-surg and telemetry experience.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care in a 37-bed Med/Tele Complex Care unit
- Participate in 12-hour shift rotations, covering both day and night schedules
- Flexibly support facility needs, including floating to other units when required
- Serve as charge nurse when assigned, with training provided
- Utilize EPIC charting system for accurate and timely documentation
- Work a minimum of one holiday per contract period
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active New York State RN license is essential
- NIH and AHA BLS certifications required
- Minimum of 1 year recent acute med-surg/telemetry experience; 2 years preferred
- For international candidates, 2 years of U.S. work experience is mandatory
- Ability to adapt to variable schedules and flexibility to meet unit demands
- Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility.
Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts (7 PM7 AM / 7 AM7 PM) with rotating day and night shifts
- 36 to 48 hours per week available
- Weekend coverage: one weekend shift per week or two weekend shifts every other weekend
