Job Description

An opportunity is available for an experienced registered nurse specializing in Telemetry care to support a medical-surgical/tele float pool. This role requires clinical expertise in telemetry nursing and the ability to work flexibly across locations within the healthcare system.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of current telemetry nursing experience
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
  • Valid Arizona nursing license or multistate compact license
  • Proven ability to titrate drips confidently
  • Successful completion of a dysrhythmia exam prior to start (up to two attempts allowed)
  • Willingness to participate in a pass/fail simulation lab on the first day of orientation
  • COVID-19 vaccination or approved declination with appropriate documentation

Location: This assignment is based in Mesa, Arizona, offering a vibrant urban environment with a warm climate and close proximity to natural attractions such as the Phoenix Mountain Preserve and the Salt River. Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert telemetry nursing care within a float pool model, supporting both the primary facility and a nearby sister hospital

  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care

Contract Details:

  • This is a travel contract position requiring the flexibility to float between facilities
