An Arizona-based healthcare facility seeks experienced registered nurses for a travel contract in their MS/Tele float pool. This role offers a dynamic environment where skilled RNs provide critical care across multiple units, including frequent assignments at a sister hospital. The ideal candidate will possess strong tele nursing skills, confident medication titration abilities, and a commitment to high standards of patient care.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent tele nursing experience
  • Active BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Valid Arizona nursing license or compact nursing license
  • Ability to titrate drips confidently
  • Willingness to float frequently to a sister facility
  • Successful completion of a dysrhythmia exam (max 2 attempts) prior to assignment
  • Pass a pass/fail simulation lab on day one of orientation
  • COVID-19 vaccine or approved declination with medical or clergy documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients
  • Monitor and interpret patient telemetry and manage dysrhythmias appropriately
  • Administer and titrate IV drips safely according to patient needs
  • Adapt rapidly to floating between units and facilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
