Job Description

An opportunity is available for a registered nurse specializing in telemetry care. This position requires a thorough understanding of cardiac monitoring and patient assessment to provide exceptional care to patients with cardiac conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate as needed.
  • Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.

Qualifications:
