Job Description

Provide skilled nursing care in a fast-paced telemetry unit supporting patients requiring close cardiac monitoring. This contract opportunity is based at a hospital in Denver, CO, working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The unit specializes in telemetry with 32 beds and utilizes advanced GE telemetry systems alongside Meditech EMR. Candidates must have telemetry experience to be considered for this position.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid RN licensure with telemetry nursing experience required
  • Familiarity with post-operative CABG patient care preferred
  • Experience using Meditech electronic medical records is a plus
  • Competent in IV and Foley catheter insertion, chest tube removal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong initiative and outgoing personality
