Youll work in a dynamic tele unit, managing patients with complex cardiac needs. Schedule:
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday shifts required
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse licensure
- Experience with cardiac drips (Amiodarone, Cardizem)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Previous telemetry experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients on the telemetry unit, with a focus on cardiac care
- Administer medications and titrate cardiac drips safely and effectively
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care
- Accurately document patient status, interventions, and outcomes
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and care processes
- Uphold best practices for patient safety and regulatory compliance
