Job Description

A rewarding opportunity is available for a registered nurse with expertise in Telemetry care. This contract position involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and other specialized assessments in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Educating patients and their families about medications, procedures, and health management
  • Responding promptly to changes in patient conditions and initiating appropriate interventions

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
  • Proven experience in telemetry nursing or similar acute care settings
  • Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to alarms and emergencies
  • Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
