A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse experienced in Telemetry to make a significant impact as part of a dynamic interdisciplinary patient care team. As a proactive RN, you will collaborate with both licensed and unlicensed caregivers to provide safe, high-quality, and individualized patient care, ensuring that patients, families, and support persons receive exceptional clinical attention throughout their hospital experience.
Schedule/Hours:

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Georgia
- Previous experience in Telemetry nursing preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practice as per the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act
- Commitment to upholding ANA Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics
- Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to function in a team-based environment and support shared governance principles
- Evidence of continuing education and willingness to embrace evidence-based practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert nursing care to telemetry patients, utilizing the latest clinical standards and research
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and implement individualized care plans
- Advocate for patient needs while supporting hospital policies, service excellence goals, and ethical guidelines
- Monitor, record, and interpret data from cardiac monitors and communicate changes to physicians
- Actively participate in performance improvement initiatives as guided by nurse leadership
- Provide patient and family education to foster understanding and involvement in care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with all safety protocols
