A healthcare facility in Savannah, GA is seeking experienced Stepdown Registered Nurses to support their Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals with a solid background in nursing who are ready to bring their expertise to a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting with similar size and acuity
- Successful completion of at least one travel nursing contract
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit
- Monitor patient status, including cardiac and respiratory function, and respond appropriately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Utilize critical thinking skills to assess changes in patient conditions and implement timely interventions
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
