Provide expert nursing care across multiple acute care settings, including ICU, Step Down Unit, Med Surg, Day Stay Unit, PACU, and ER, ensuring patients receive comprehensive, compassionate treatment tailored to their needs. This role demands strong critical thinking and adaptability to manage diverse patient populations effectively while collaborating with healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care and coordinate treatment plans in ICU, Step Down, Med Surg, Day Stay Unit, PACU, and ER settings.
- Maintain and update clinical competencies relevant to each specialized unit.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary staff within their scope of practice.
- Ensure patient safety and quality care standards are upheld at all times.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Proven experience in step-down or critical care nursing environments.
