Job Description

Provide expert nursing care in a critical care setting, managing patients across multiple units including ICU, Step Down, Med Surg, Day Stay, PACU, and ER. This contract position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to coordinate and delegate care effectively while maintaining necessary competencies for each unit.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a variety of acute care units.
• Plan and coordinate care activities to ensure seamless patient management.
• Supervise and delegate care responsibilities to ancillary staff within their scope of practice.
• Maintain required competencies and certifications relevant to each care area.

Desired Experience:

• Current valid RN license with experience in Step Down or ICU nursing.
• Ability to work across multiple acute care settings, including Med Surg, PACU, and ER.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills in delegating care.
• Familiarity with protocols and standards for critical care nursing.
