Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time contract position
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid RN license
- Experience in a clinic or outpatient setting preferred
- Solid clinical assessment and triage skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and patient education in a clinic environment
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform triage and respond effectively to patient concerns or changes in condition
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of patient records using EMR systems
- Provide ongoing support, education, and guidance to patients and their families
- Adhere to all clinical protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards
