Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current RN license with experience in Operating Room nursing
- Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing standards and practices
- Ability to supervise and direct nursing staff effectively
- Proficient in coordinating care with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals
- Demonstrated critical thinking and independent judgment skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patients
- Supervise and guide various levels of assigned nursing staff during procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Maintain adherence to established standards of care and safety protocols
