Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment; shifts and scheduling details provided during interview
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active RN license in the state of California (or compact state eligibility)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent Operating Room experience required
- BLS and ACLS certification (current)
- Proven ability to work efficiently in high-pressure surgical environments
- Experience in circulating and scrubbing roles is highly desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver competent, compassionate care to surgical patients throughout perioperative phases
- Prepare the operating room, instruments, and equipment for various procedures
- Assist surgical team with circulating and scrubbing duties as needed
- Adhere to all infection control and safety guidelines
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
