- Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery.
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control protocols.
- Document nursing care and patient responses accurately.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current RN license with Operating Room (OR) experience.
- Proficient knowledge of surgical instruments, aseptic techniques, and perioperative nursing standards.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in multi-specialty OR settings preferred.
