Qualifications:

- Proficiency with surgical equipment, sterile technique, and standard OR procedures
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons during operative and invasive procedures
- Monitor patient safety and vital signs throughout perioperative care
