Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience (recent experience preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
- Proficiency in aseptic techniques and surgical protocols
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surgical suites, instrumentation, and perioperative equipment
- Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers intraoperatively
- Monitor patient safety and respond promptly to emergent situations
- Implement infection control standards before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care
- Document interventions and perioperative events thoroughly and accurately
