Schedule/Hours:
- Nights, 7:00 pm 7:00 am
- Flexible guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 per week (indicate preference upon application)
- Rotating weekends as required
- Orientation occurs on day shift; availability required the entire first week
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (or eligible for Missouri licensure)
- 1 year of recent inpatient Tele experience
- BLS (AHA) required; NIHSS required by start date
- Four trauma credits (or obtained within 2 weeks of start)
- Experience in drug titration; trauma experience preferred
- ACLS certification preferred
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care for a range of post-trauma, surgical, and medical cases
- Assess, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Uphold patient confidentiality and hospital standards
- Float within the facility on a rotational basis
