This travel assignment will position you in a bustling surgical environment, known for innovative practices and a cohesive care team. Collaborate beside leading caregivers at a prominent facility that has earned numerous accolades for excellence in trauma care, cardiac services, and patient safety. Expand your clinical acumen by managing diverse surgical cases, including vascular and hybrid imaging, in a facility that features advanced technology like the DaVinci Robot and prioritizes professional development.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Days, 4x10-hour shifts (6:30am-5:00pm)
  • 36 weekly guaranteed hours
  • Weekend and call coverage as needed (approximately 5 or fewer per 8 weeks)
  • Assignment length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications:

  • Current RN license eligible for Missouri practice
  • BLS certification from AHA
  • Minimum 2 years of Level 1 or 2 Trauma experience (teaching hospital experience accepted)
  • Experience as both a scrub and OR circulator
  • At least 1 year of interventional vascular and competent in conscious sedation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multiple years of Level 1 trauma experience
  • Strong drive; proactive and motivated team player

Your Role:

  • Deliver direct patient care across all ages in the OR and Hybrid Imaging suite
  • Work alongside nurses and techs for endovascular and open procedures
  • Ensure professional accountability and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and ancillary departments
