This contract opportunity focuses on providing exceptional surgical support over a 13-week period within a dynamic environment serving a wide range of perioperative cases. Schedule:

• 6:45 am 7:15 pm, varied shift schedule

Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of two years of Operating Room nursing experience
• Current and valid BLS certification
• Proficiency in both scrub and circulate duties is mandatory
• Previous experience with orthopedic, bariatric, general, and plastics surgical procedures
• Candidates must be willing to both scrub and circulate as needed
• Applicants must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, safe, and compassionate perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing surgical procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, surgical technologists, and other multidisciplinary healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Manage patient preparation before, during, and following surgery while maintaining strict adherence to sterile technique
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation throughout the surgical process
• Safeguard patient safety, privacy, and comfort at all times
• Adapt quickly to varying caseloads and surgical specialties within the operating room setting
