Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid RN license, eligible to practice in California
- Minimum of one year recent experience in an operating room setting
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Demonstrated ability to work as a supportive team member in a high-pressure environment
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with sterile techniques and perioperative procedures
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, patient-centered perioperative care before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Assist surgical teams by preparing instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Monitor patient status, anticipate needs, and provide prompt interventions
- Accurately document patient care and surgical outcomes in accordance with hospital policies
