Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, contract assignment

Essential Qualifications:

• Current Georgia RN license in good standing
• Prior experience in an Operating Room (OR) or perioperative nursing setting
• Strong foundation in clinical best practices and commitment to professional standards
• Ability to prioritize patient needs, advocate for patient and family-centered care, and work effectively with interdisciplinary team members
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge and application of the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association Code of Ethics

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver perioperative nursing care in alignment with the facilitys professional practice and evidence-based standards
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, organizational policies, and professional nursing standards
• Participate in continuous quality improvement processes and contribute to service excellence initiatives
• Champion patient advocacy and uphold compassionate care throughout the surgical experience
