Providing direct nursing care in the operating room, this role involves implementing and monitoring patient care plans while coordinating with multiple healthcare disciplines to ensure seamless patient care. The position requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care in line with established healthcare protocols.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions effectively.
- Act as the primary coordinator among healthcare team members for coordinated patient care.
- Execute physician and nursing orders accurately.
- Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:
