An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room (RN-OR) to provide exceptional perioperative nursing care. This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards, ensuring patient safety, and optimizing surgical outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned surgical patients using established nursing processes
• Supervise and guide various levels of assigned nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate surgical care
• Apply critical thinking and independent judgment in clinical decisions and patient care
• Ensure compliance with all patient safety and infection control standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient status to relevant team members

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current RN licensure with proven Operating Room experience
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
