An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room (RN-OR) to provide exceptional perioperative nursing care. This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards, ensuring patient safety, and optimizing surgical outcomes. The ideal candidate will supervise and direct nursing staff, coordinate care among healthcare disciplines, and utilize critical thinking and professional judgment throughout the surgical process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned surgical patients using established nursing processes
- Supervise and guide various levels of assigned nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate surgical care
- Apply critical thinking and independent judgment in clinical decisions and patient care
- Ensure compliance with all patient safety and infection control standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient status to relevant team members
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current RN licensure with proven Operating Room experience
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking in a fast-paced surgical environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
- Prior experience with perioperative patient care standards and protocols preferred
