Key Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license, eligible for practice in California
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent perioperative/OR nursing experience
- Strong assessment, organizational, and patient advocacy skills
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional specialty certifications a plus)
- Excellent communication and ability to thrive on interdisciplinary teams
Responsibilities
- Circulate and/or scrub on a variety of surgical cases within a dynamic OR setting
- Strictly adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs to deliver optimal patient outcomes
- Conduct pre- and post-operative patient assessments and documentation
- Remain flexible and proactive in a fast-paced environment

$2,509 - $2,654/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
