Schedule/Hours:
- 36-hour workweek
- 312-hour night shifts
- Fixed schedule: WednesdayFriday
- Start date: Two weeks from offer
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional perioperative care for a range of surgical patients, emphasizing trauma, orthopedic, and robotic procedures
- Maintain precise communication with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Anticipate surgeon needs, ensure equipment readiness, and uphold rigorous safety standards
- Participate in required call and rotation for weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications:
- Active California RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (renewed annually)
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in an OR at a comparable trauma setting
- At least 1 year of travel RN experience
- Proficiency in trauma, orthopedics, and robotics within the OR
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and required call rotations
- Submission of completed skills checklist
