Job Description

Providing specialized care in womens health, this Registered Nurse role focuses on OB/GYN services within a medical group setting. The position supports a busy residency clinic handling a diverse patient population, including pregnancy, menopause, and womens health procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver nursing care in an OB/GYN clinical environment, including taking vitals and administering injections.
  • Manage patient triage, medication refills, and assist with medical devices.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including MDs, medical assistants, social workers, and clinic leadership.
  • Utilize EMR systems (preferably Epic) and other clinical technology to enhance patient care quality.
  • Maintain organized and efficient workflows to support patient needs and clinic operations.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN licensure with at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in womens health, postpartum, labor and delivery, or womens health clinics.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work well within a team and a willingness to learn new clinical skills.
  • Experience with triage is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR highly preferred.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • No weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements.
