- Delivering direct nursing care in alignment with organizational policies, procedures, and protocols
- Implementing, adjusting, and monitoring patient care plans based on patient needs and healthcare team input
- Recording, monitoring, and communicating patient conditions effectively to physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Coordinating care across multiple disciplines for clear and efficient patient management
- Documenting and executing physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly
- Evaluating and facilitating discharge planning in cooperation with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Exercising critical thinking and sound judgment in high-pressure and fast-paced settings
- Handling complex patient situations with minimal supervision
Desired qualifications:
- Current and active Registered Nurse license
- Previous medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in stressful environments and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances
- Detail oriented with a commitment to delivering high standards of patient care
- Skilled in working both independently and collaboratively
