Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients according to established standards
  • Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across various levels
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment in clinical and supervisory decisions
  • Maintain a patient population mix of medical and surgical cases, generally no greater than 65% of either type

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse license with a minimum of an RN-MS level of expertise
  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience in acute care nursing
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Experience caring for both medical and surgical patient populations

Job Type: Contract
