Providing specialized care in a progressive medical-surgical environment requires skill, dedication, and experience. This opportunity is designed for a registered nurse with medical-surgical expertise ready to step into a dynamic role on the night shift. The position supports a 40-bed unit with a patient ratio of 6:1, ensuring a balanced workload and quality patient care.
Location: Weatherford, TX

Schedule/Hours:
- Night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
- Typically 3x12-hour shifts per week
- Work every other weekend
- No 48-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care on a medical-surgical floor
- Monitor patient conditions and administer treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Float to other medical-surgical units as needed
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year medical-surgical nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Must have medical-surgical (MS) experience
- Titers and documentation must be prepared at the time of submission
- Candidates must be located at least 50 miles from the facility
Additional Information:
- Royal blue scrubs required
- Electronic Medical Records system: MEDHOST
