Job Description
A registered nurse with a strong focus on orthopedic and medical/surgical care is needed to provide exceptional nursing services in a dynamic healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough initial patient assessments upon admission and develop individualized plans of care aligned with patient and family needs.

- Monitor and adjust care plans based on continuous patient evaluation.
- Educate patients on wound care, mobility, medication management, self-care, and care transitions.
- Manage complex wound appliances including wound vacs, drains, and urological devices.
- Coordinate with physicians and surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Delegate and oversee healthcare team interventions to ensure quality care delivery.
- Ensure safety by identifying and reporting hazards and incidents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for seamless communication within the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and competency requirements to maintain clinical excellence.

- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in orthopedic and medical/surgical nursing.
- Ability to manage advanced wound care devices and surgical traction equipment.
