• Coordinate with physicians and surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Delegate and oversee healthcare team interventions to ensure quality care delivery.
• Ensure safety by identifying and reporting hazards and incidents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for seamless communication within the healthcare team.
• Participate in ongoing education and competency requirements to maintain clinical excellence.

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in orthopedic and medical/surgical nursing.
