Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on comprehensive assessments aligned with patient needs and goals.
• Employ evidence-based clinical pathways and the Caring-Quality Model to enhance patient outcomes.
• Engage in lifelong learning through certifications, advanced practice, and literature review to maintain clinical expertise.
• Exhibit leadership by serving as a clinical resource and professional role model.
• Communicate effectively using structured tools such as SBAR to ensure clear interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Manage time efficiently while supporting team productivity and performance.
• Uphold the strict 3-strike attendance policy: avoid absence or tardiness exceeding 20 minutes on three occasions or face immediate contract termination, with exceptions reviewed under documented medical conditions.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with Medical-Surgical experience (RN-MS).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
