As a valued Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical Oncology, youll provide individualized and compassionate care by coordinating with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and support staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Administer chemotherapy, manage central lines, and monitor for adverse reactions
- Coordinate with physicians and allied health professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide education and psychological support to patients and their families
- Supervise and mentor assigned nursing team members
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold regulatory standards
Desired Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- Previous experience in medical-surgical or oncology nursing strongly preferred
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adjust to rapidly changing situations
- Strong critical-thinking abilities and attention to detail
