In this contract opportunity, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and emotional support to patients and their families, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring excellent clinical outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Previous experience in medical-surgical or oncology settings preferred
• In-depth understanding of the nursing process and evidence-based practices
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
• BLS certification required; ONS/ONCC certifications a plus

Schedule:

• Full-time hours

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage individual patient care, promoting and restoring patient health
• Assess patients, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes
• Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals on treatment plans
• Provide physical and emotional support to patients and families throughout treatment
• Supervise and mentor assigned nursing staff or team members
• Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
• Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory protocols
