An opportunity is available for a registered nurse to provide skilled medical-surgical care during night shifts at a healthcare facility in Natchez, MS. This contract position offers the chance to support patient care in a well-regarded medical setting, contributing to positive outcomes and patient safety during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in a medical-surgical unit during night shifts.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes.
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to plan and evaluate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with facility policies.
Qualifications / Desired Experience
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Mississippi.
- BLS and PALS certifications required.
- Previous experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred.
- Must have a permanent address located more than 50 miles from the facility.
- Ability to wear royal blue scrubs as part of the professional dress code.
Schedule
- Night Shift: 7:15 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.
This assignment has a duration of approximately 13 weeks with an immediate start. Candidates whose submissions do not include all required certifications will not be considered. An automatic offer is contingent upon availability for the start date and scheduling preferences.
