Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate and competent nursing care to patients in a telemetry unit, continuously monitoring cardiac rhythms.
- Utilize EPIC electronic medical records to document patient information accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans.
- Adhere to facility policies, including maintaining appropriate hygiene standards such as short natural nails.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient status to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure.
- Minimum 2 years of med/surg nursing experience with telemetry monitoring skills.
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records.
- Commitment to patient safety and infection control standards, including restrictions on artificial/acrylic nails.
- Strong communication and critical thinking abilities.
Contract Details:
- Location: Milwaukee, WI
- Schedule: Every Other Week (EOW), Every Other Holiday (EOH)
