Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, attentive nursing care following established clinical protocols and standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized patient care plans for optimal outcomes.
• Accurately observe, document, and communicate patient status, progress, and concerns to healthcare team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a medical-surgical (MS) setting is strongly preferred.

• Strong documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in recording patient care.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
