Job Description
Elevate patient care in a dynamic acute care setting by providing expert nursing support. This contract opportunity focuses on delivering exceptional, compassionate nursing care and strong clinical coordination within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, attentive nursing care following established clinical protocols and standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized patient care plans for optimal outcomes.
- Accurately observe, document, and communicate patient status, progress, and concerns to healthcare team members.
- Serve as the primary coordinator, facilitating collaboration among all care disciplines to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
- Execute physician and nursing orders with precision and attention to patient safety.
- Conduct comprehensive discharge planning in partnership with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Exercise sound clinical judgment, adapt to rapidly changing conditions, and maintain composure in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted RN license.
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in a medical-surgical (MS) setting is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in managing fast-paced patient care scenarios with critical thinking and decisive judgment.
- Strong documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in recording patient care.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient and family interactions.
