Provide expert coordinated nursing care for assigned patients in a dynamic clinical setting, ensuring adherence to established standards and processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care based on established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervise and guide assigned nursing staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Apply critical thinking and independent judgment in clinical and supervisory decisions.
- Manage non-productive and educational hours for Float Pool nurses, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
- Support the nursing unit by facilitating accurate assignment and clocking practices for Float Pool staff.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in providing patient-centered nursing care.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills within a healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
