Schedule/Hours:
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call shifts
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to adults with acute and chronic medical conditions
- Administer medications and manage IV infusions accurately
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Utilize Cerner OneChart for thorough, precise electronic documentation
- Educate patients and families to promote informed health decisions and recovery
- Adhere to all hospital safety and quality standards
Desired Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred
- Proficiency with Cerner OneChart or similar EHR
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to wear ceil blue scrubs
