Provide comprehensive nursing care and clinical leadership in a medical-surgical setting on a contract basis in Charleston, Illinois. This position requires a Registered Nurse with strong assessment, planning, and coordination skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes and smooth team operations during each shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the healthcare team throughout your assigned shift, coordinating patient and bed assignments for seamless care transitions.
- Perform thorough patient assessments to identify actual or potential diagnoses and collaborate on individualized care plans.
- Implement care strategies and oversee team members to maintain safety and infection control standards.
- Maintain effective communication with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, documenting patient data and outcomes accurately.
