Step into a dynamic nursing role providing critical care in a uniquely diverse and culturally rich healthcare environment. This contract opportunity requires a skilled RN experienced in medical-surgical (MS) nursing, ready to make a meaningful impact as part of a dedicated clinical team.
Schedule & Orientation
- Orientation sessions held every two weeks
- Contract role with immediate needs
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN license valid in any U.S. state, territory, or Puerto Rico
- At least 2 years experience in an acute or sub-acute care setting
- Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
- Willingness to complete Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications within six months of hire
- Adaptability and strong independent decision-making skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients of all ages, adhering to physicians orders, established protocols, and hospital policies
- Perform and document assessments, administer medications, and provide patient education and family support
- Collaborate with multi-specialty teams, ranging from internal medicine and pediatrics to surgery and emergency care
- Support the facilitys mission to serve the surrounding Native American populations in a compassionate, patient-centered manner

- Limited, shared housing available at $600/month (no family members or pets permitted); application required at least two weeks prior to start
