An opportunity is available for a Travel Registered Nurse (RN-MS) to provide medical-surgical care in a vibrant, patient-centered environment on a 28-bed Medical Surgical Unit. This unit serves a diverse patient population including general, vascular, bariatric, and plastic surgery, as well as trauma and stroke care. The fast-paced setting offers excellent professional development and the chance to deliver evidence-based, holistic care alongside an engaged interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on thorough physiological, psychosocial, and spiritual assessments.
- Utilize the Clinical Practice Model (CPM) and Caring-Quality Model to ensure patient-centered care aligned with evolving patient needs and goals.
- Engage in lifelong learning to maintain clinical expertise through certifications, advanced practice, and literature review.
- Serve as a clinical resource and professional role model, demonstrating leadership and credibility.
- Communicate effectively using SBAR and interdisciplinary channels to facilitate quality care.
- Manage time efficiently to enhance team productivity and assist colleagues.
- Perform additional duties aligned with unit-specific competency objectives.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-focused care.
