Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for assigned patients according to established protocols and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff, ensuring consistent standards of care
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to coordinate treatment and care plans
• Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment in rapidly changing environments
• Accurately document patient care, interventions, and outcomes according to facility policies
• Support patient education and discharge planning to promote optimal wellness and recovery
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to all regulatory and facility standards

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon with good standing
• Prior experience in a Medical-Surgical (MS) environment preferred
• Strong assessment, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated competency in supervising and mentoring fellow nursing staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Current BLS certification (additional certifications a plus)
