Provide skilled nursing care in a fast-paced orthopedic surgical unit during night shifts. Schedule/Hours:

• Night Shift: 7 PM7 AM

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage care for up to five orthopedic patients per shift
• Perform dressing changes and aspirations in post-surgical orthopedic cases
• Utilize Meditech EMR system for accurate documentation
• Collaborate effectively with a team including charge nurses and fellow RNs to maintain a 1:5 nursing ratio
• Deliver patient-centered care with attention to pain management and recovery protocols

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Experience in orthopedic surgical nursing, preferably with pain management knowledge
• Ability to independently care for multiple patients in a surgical setting
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills are essential
• Prior experience working night shifts in an acute care environment preferred
