Deliver expert critical care as a Registered Nurse specializing in ICU nursing, providing coordinated, compassionate care to critically ill patients. Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care according to established ICU standards
- Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff while overseeing care delivery
- Collect and analyze patient health data to determine nursing diagnoses and interventions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with measurable outcomes
- Promote a safe, healing environment for patients and their families
- Facilitate patient and family education and provide pertinent health information
- Participate actively in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
- Delegate nursing duties appropriately among the healthcare team
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care and unit operations
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with ICU experience
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

- Ability to work independently and collaborate within interdisciplinary teams
