Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions in the ICU, managing complex medical needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to established protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to ensure continuity of care
• Respond to emergencies with composure and efficiency

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience working in an Intensive Care Unit or critical care setting
• Strong knowledge of ICU protocols, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare team members and patients
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
