This opportunity offers a vital role in delivering coordinated nursing care to patients in a critical care setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide intensive, comprehensive care and monitoring for medical, surgical, and cardiac patients with severe conditions including shock and trauma.
• Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment to evaluate patient needs and adjust nursing care plans accordingly.
• Supervise and direct nursing staff activities to maintain optimal patient care standards.
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Current RN license with specialized experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing.
• Proven ability to supervise nursing staff and deliver high-quality patient care in a critical care environment.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing complex cases involving medical, surgical, and cardiac intensive patients.

Additional Details:

• This is a contract position.
• Experience in trauma and life-threatening condition care preferred.
