This opportunity offers a vital role in delivering coordinated nursing care to patients in a critical care setting. The position focuses on managing a group of patients according to established nursing standards and processes, requiring professional judgment and supervisory skills. It involves supervising various levels of nursing staff and coordinating care across disciplines to ensure comprehensive treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide intensive, comprehensive care and monitoring for medical, surgical, and cardiac patients with severe conditions including shock and trauma.
- Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment to evaluate patient needs and adjust nursing care plans accordingly.
- Supervise and direct nursing staff activities to maintain optimal patient care standards.
- Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Current RN license with specialized experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing.
- Proven ability to supervise nursing staff and deliver high-quality patient care in a critical care environment.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing complex cases involving medical, surgical, and cardiac intensive patients.
Additional Details:
- This is a contract position.
- Experience in trauma and life-threatening condition care preferred.
