Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide patient and family education regarding conditions, treatments, and recovery processes
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and valid RN license with ICU clinical experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in acute care settings
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred
